Responsibilities
As a Property Consultant, you will:
* Provide expert property advice.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Engage with clients using social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
* Guide clients through the end-to-end property buying process.
* Meet and exceed personal sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
* Receive comprehensive training on Australian property knowledge, sales techniques, and social media strategies.
* Cold and Warm sales calls
* Respond to clients' enquiries
* Assist buyers through the process of inspection and provide professional services
* Maintain high level customer relationships and achieve sales target

Requirements
What We Look For:
* Fluent in English.
* Mandarin-speaking candidates with experience are highly encouraged to apply.
* Previous sales experience required, preferably in real estate or related industries.
* Strong communication skills with a friendly, client-first attitude.
* Confident using social media to build personal brand and generate leads.
* Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to develop a successful sales career.
* Valid real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain, training provided).

* A current Certificate of Registration or License preferred (willing obtain)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
Excellent phone manner and ability to build a strong rapport
* Confident in making cold outbound and inbound calls
* Valid working rights in Australia
