National Business Development Manager

PURPOSE
The primary purpose of this role is to grow patient referral volumes within an assigned region or territory through proactive, field-based engagement with key referrers and stakeholders. The Business Development Manager is a critical front-line role focused on driving patient acquisition by strengthening and expanding referral networks. This role is primarily field-based, with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining trusted relationships with GPs, specialists, and allied health professionals. By spending the majority of time in market, the BDM activates local growth opportunities, supports the success of fertility specialists, and ensures consistent delivery of referral growth targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the position include:
Strategic Business Development
* Develop and implement tailored business development plans for the assigned region or territory that align with broader national growth objectives.
* Identify and activate new referral channels and opportunities to drive volume growth in IVF referrals.
* Support the onboarding of new fertility specialists with coordinated referral engagement and network introduction strategies.
* Leverage referral data and local market insights to shape ongoing strategy and optimise efforts.
Field Based Referrer Engagement
* Conduct regular in-person visits to referrers including GPs, gynaecologists, and allied health providers.
* Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships that generate ongoing referral activity.
