Contract Management Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to support the commercial, contractual, and financial management of construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing financier requirements, coordinating developer funding, overseeing cost control and reporting, and administering subcontract and head contract obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate financier requirements, deliverables, progress claims, cash flow, and funding drawdowns.
* Assist with feasibility studies, development applications, and cost estimates for upcoming stages and projects.
* Maintain project cost tracking in line with feasibility budgets.
* Liaise with bank representatives, quantity surveyors, and internal accounts teams.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Law, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 4+ years of experience in the construction industry in a Contract Administration / Contracts Management role.
