Working within Central Queensland Health's integrated O&G network, you'llprovide strategic and clinical leadership to a talented team delivering safe, contemporary care across maternity and gynaecology services. You'lldrive quality improvement, workforce development, and clinical governance whilemaintaininghands-on practice within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
This position offers a balance of executive leadership and clinical contribution, with up to 0.5 FTEallocatedto clinical work. You'llcollaborate closely with colleagues across Rockhampton, Emerald, and rural sites to ensure seamless, sustainable care for women and families throughout the region.

Applicants must hold FRANZCOG and current registration with AHPRA (or eligibility for same). The role is offered as a three-year fixed-term appointment, with a competitive package of up to AUD $576,000 p.a. and access to professional development entitlements.
