Job DescriptionAs a Guest Service Agent, no two days are the same. You will assist our guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience, and everything in between - check in, check out, luggage assistance, and responding to guest requests - whilst at the same time, creating unforgettable heartfelt moments.Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every timeProvide exceptional service to our guests in every interaction by anticipating their needs, responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteouslyMake the check-in, check-out process run smoothlyMaintain a high level of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality, issuing of room keys, handling credit cards etcEnsure the security of our guests and their possessionsHandle guest complaints in a positive manner escalating as requiredCommunicate effectively with other departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage to assist guests in regard to room changes, dining bookings etc.Keep other members of front office team informed on guest feedback, requirements etc. during and on shift changeParticipating in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities to increase the guest experienceAssist with valet parking as required
