Achieving our NPS +30 goal requires innovative, disciplined work focused on impactful improvements.The Group Compliance’s Conduct, Culture and Accountability CoE designs and monitors frameworks to ensure consistency, meet customer, community, and regulatory expectations.Your day could include but is not limited to:Developing and overseeing the Group’s Conduct Risk and Risk Culture strategies, frameworks, and tools, including:Maintaining the Conduct Risk Framework, identifying emerging conduct risks, and integrating them;Maintaining Conduct Risk Steward Guides (RSGs) covering Product Design, Distribution, Financial Hardship, Market Integrity, and Anti-Competitive Practices;Monitoring the Conduct Risk profile and framework effectiveness;Designing and conducting monitoring of Conduct Risk indicators;Developing and maintaining the Group’s Risk Culture Framework and maturity matrix;Conducting risk culture assessments in priority areas;Advising and overseeing BU/SU risk culture plans and evaluating their effectiveness;Facilitating risk culture insights through assessments like “YourVoice” (surveys, focus groups, interviews);Analyzing data to generate insights and preparing reports for senior leadership and the Board;Supporting regulatory initiatives and requests.What successful candidates will look likeWe value outcomes-driven teamwork.
