Sanctuary Care Services is growing — and we're looking for more reliable, compassionate, and skilled team members to join our SIL home in the Blue Mountains.
About the Role
We're seeking Support Workers experienced in providing person-centred support for NDIS participants — including those with complex needs and high behaviours of concern.
You'll be working in our SIL home in Wentworth Falls and other times across a mix of in-home supports, respite, day programs, and community access.
What You'll Bring
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in disability or community support
• Experience with behaviours of concern / high support needs
• Cert III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or Community Services (or working toward)
• Current First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Driver's Licence
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others thrive
