Grown from humble beginnings, DF.GYM has now proudly served the Cairns health and fitness community for over 16 years. Helping kids find their confidence, members find their fitness, and athletes become champions, we offer group and individual training in Muay Thai, Junior Muay Thai, Fighting, and Cross Training, as well as Open Gym and Recovery Room facilities. Named Cairns’ Best Gym in 2023, and Muay Thai Australia, Qld Gym of the Year 2025, we strive for excellence in all that we do.

GYM MANAGER - Full Time
We are seeking a strong and passionate leader to help drive our member experience, nurture our community culture, support our administrative and coaching team, and keep daily operations running to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee gym operations and staff
• Deliver an exceptional member experience
• Manage systems, scheduling and daily workflows
• Support sales, onboarding and retention
• Lead community engagement, events and growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
• Previous leadership or management experience in the fitness industry
• Strong communication and organisational skills + innovative thinking
• Proven experience working with administrative systems, social media and technology
• A people-focused approach and problem-solving mindset
• Blue Card + CPR and First Aid (ideal)
• Fitness qualifications are a bonus
