We're excited to announce the opening for an Assistant Brand Manager, Prestige, reporting to the Marketing Manager. In this role, you will support the development and execution of brand plans across communications, partnerships, PR, trade activations, and events, while managing key brand assets such as VAPs, POS materials, and owned media platforms. You will oversee core A&P processes, contribute to brand performance reviews, and support forecasting and inventory optimisation. Working closely with Customer Marketing, Sales, Consumer & Digital, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, our Maisons, and external agency partners, you will help ensure seamless execution and consistent brand excellence across all touchpoints. Your contribution will strengthen the Prestige portfolio and elevate the brand's presence in market.
Job Responsibilities
How you will contribute…
Brand Planning and management
* Assist the Brand Manager in the preparation of the annual Brand Plan contributing the strategic communications and activation initiatives for the brands and the prestige portfolio strategy.
* Assist the Brand Manager with the implementation of Communication, partnership, PR, trade activation and event activities. Across both brand-led activity and MH Private events.
* Take a leading role in the briefing, planning and measurement of the brand's owned media platforms.
* Be the brand gatekeeper in supporting & assisting the Customer Marketing team and sales teams to deliver best in class activations in the trade.
* Manage the brands value added packs, point of sale material.
* Assist the Brand Manager in all other aspects of brand management.
Financial
* Manage and control A&P ensuring due compliance and best practice from budgeting, creation of purchase orders to receipting and monthly control meetings with the finance team.
* Understand and master all processes impacting the brand A&P control from creation of new vendors, compliance guidelines and IT tools.
* Understand the Brand's P&L foundations.
Business Assessment
* Regular analysis and review of brand Communications / PR performance (including trade time), ensuring clear understanding of opportunities and threats.
* Regular analysis and review of brand performance, ensuring clear understanding opportunities, threats & competitor strategies.
* Assist brands team with the preparation of monthly reviews that will include internal sales data, market scan data and any other relevant research available.
Inventory
* Manage and communicate allocations of rarities and exclusive products for relevant channels
* Assist Marketing Manager to review sales forecasting and interact with the supply chain team and sales to assist where actions may be required to optimize supply.
* Assist Marketing Manager in the management and monitoring of clearance lines (SLOBS) – correct classification of stock and plan activated to exhaust old lines.
* Review POS and promo pack inventory levels and provide recommendations for optimization at agreed intervals.
Working Relationships
Internal Stakeholders
* Brand: Daily contact, regular review against objectives.
* Consumer & Digital engagement: regular contact and involvement from brief to campaign analysis.
* Customer Marketing: Regular interface to exchange experiences and information, and to maximize synergies.
* MH Private and direct channel: help develop events, consumer activations and digital solutions for HNW consumers and corporate clients.
* Sales: Regular interface (including trade time) with State Managers, National Key Account Managers and Account Managers to exchange experiences and information, and to implement marketing plans.
* Finance & Operations: Regular contact on brand data and performance reports generated by Management Information Systems: Supply Chain: regular contact on logistics issues.
* Maisons: regular contact in in cooperation and assistance to the Marketing Manager.
External Stakeholders
* Partner agencies: regular contact dependent on projects. This will include Media, production and PR agencies.
* Trade: Regular joint calls with appropriate representatives from the sales force.
* Consumers: Regular interface through functions and general business association.
Profile

* A Marketing degree (or Business degree with marketing electives) that provides strong foundational marketing and commercial understanding.
* At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or in a similar role, ideally with exposure to luxury or wines & spirits.
* Strong analytical skills and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
* The ability to simplify complexity, manage projects effectively, and deliver with precision.
* Confident stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
* Technical proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support data analysis and presentations.
