Right at Home Perth Northern Suburbs & Perth West Coast provide a range of care services to assist our aging population living independently at home. We have part time and full time positions available working in the Perth Northern and Perth West Coast suburbs.

About The Role:

- Assess patients physical abilities, medical history and functional limitations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Advise on and demonstrate proper use of mobility aids and assistive devices
- Promote overall health, wellness and mobility through patient education and support

Qualifications

Qualifications

- Qualified Physiotherapist
- Current AHPRA registered
- First Aid & CPR
- Australian National Police check
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Experienced in assessing and planning care needs within the community
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable presentable car
- A smart mobile phone (iphone / android )

Preferred Skills

- A passion for high quality client-focused care in a community setting
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment - highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to work autonomously or within a team environment
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Residing in Western Australia is a requirement
