About The Role:
- Assess patients physical abilities, medical history and functional limitations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Advise on and demonstrate proper use of mobility aids and assistive devices
- Promote overall health, wellness and mobility through patient education and support
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Qualified Physiotherapist
- Current AHPRA registered
- First Aid & CPR
- Australian National Police check
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Experienced in assessing and planning care needs within the community
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable presentable car
- A smart mobile phone (iphone / android )

- Cert IV in Training and Assessment - highly desirable
