The Role
As an Associate Dentist at Nova, you will:
* Deliver All-on-4 implant consultations and restorative dentistry
* Work alongside experienced implant surgeons, prosthodontic support and clinical teams
* Manage complex full-arch cases with robust planning and execution frameworks
* Focus on clinical quality, patient outcomes and long-term success
* Contribute to the ongoing refinement of Nova’s national clinical model

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for dentists who are:
✔ AHPRA registered with solid clinical foundations
✔ Experienced or strongly interested in implant dentistry / full-arch rehabilitation
✔ Calm, confident and patient-centred with complex cases
✔ Commercially aware but clinically driven
✔ Motivated to work in a centre of excellence, not a high-volume clinic
Previous All-on-4 experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right clinician with the capability and mindset to grow.
