**Your new role**
As the new Marketing & Communications Coordinator you will:
- Develop and implement marketing and communication plans
- Manage, write, and edit online and print communications collateral, including web content, e-newsletters, and reports
- Consistently improve the organisations key communication strategies, identifying areas for improvement
- Support the development of key marketing initiatives to facilitate growth in new membership offerings
- Assist with design and production of event collateral, including signage and flyers
- Measure and report on marketing statistics utilising analytics where appropriate to assess campaign performance
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar marketing or communications role
- Experience with social media and digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of the implementation of marketing and communications strategy
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to a high level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience using the following systems would be highly advantageous - MS Office, Marketo, Craft, & Hootsuite
