Job Summary
We are looking for a Casual Medical Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality and comprehensive care for patients, as well as support with reception and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure clinical areas are adequately stocked and take action to replenish stock before depletion.
* Clean and sterilise instruments as required, ensuring they are maintained and replaced when no longer in working order.
* Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
* Provide a high level of customer service as the first point of contact for patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate must have:
* A Certificate 3 Health Services Assistant or Certificate 4 Medical Practice Assisting qualification, or one year of Bachelor of Nursing completed.
* Flexibility with availability.
* Capacity to multi-task and prioritise.
