We're seeking a passionate
Permanent Coordinator
to lead our
Geelong West OSHC program
, bringing creativity, leadership, and care to every moment.

Your Hours:
Morning: 7:00 am – 9:00 am

Afternoon: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Plus 2 hours weekly for planning and admin

Job Description
Your Role

* Create Vibrant Learning Spaces – Foster a safe, welcoming environment where children can explore, play, and grow.
* Inspire Curiosity & Creativity – Plan and lead activities that encourage learning, imagination, and skill-building.
* Build Strong Relationships – Connect with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
* Prioritise Well-being – Ensure every child's safety, health, and overall development are always a top priority.
* Lead & Mentor Your Team – Guide, support, and motivate a team of Educators to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences.

Qualifications

Do you have what it takes?

* A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference
* Experience in childcare or early childhood education
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
* Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid)
* Australian work rights
* Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards
