The successful applicant should demonstrate strong professional knowledge and a repertoire of effective instructional practices to challenge students and enrich learning experiences. The ability to differentiate the curriculum to support individual student progress is important, as is the capacity to form strong relationships with students, colleagues, parents/caregivers and the network of external stakeholders and partners who support the school. The successful applicant should have the capacity to use a range of data to inform planning and assessments, provide explicit feedback and monitor student performance.
