About the role:
This will be a varied role MC driving and yard work. When driving, you will be completing local scheduled routes and also offering coverage for the driving team.
The yard work will be assisting in preloading trailers, unloading trailers and supporting the warehouse with general duties.
Full training will be provided including load restraint and buddy training with an experienced driver. You will be in our modern trucks which are fitted with a fatigue camera and satellite tracking.

Success Profile:
* Valid MC license
* Forklift License
* Good driving history
* Ability to follow instructions, and to communicate effectively
* Strong commitment to safety
* Previous experience operating and reversing B -Doubles with local deliveries
Responsibilities
* Transporting bulk general freight
* Applying appropriate load restraints to meet safety requirements
* Moving product using a counterbalance forklift
* Loading and unloading a truck using a counterbalance forklift
* Undertaking pre-start vehicle checks
* General housekeeping of vehicles
