Job Overview
This role plays a vital part in the success of our operations by providing administrative and service support in New South Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Handle incoming calls, process sales enquiries, enter orders into the system, manage customer relationships, and maintain databases.
* Service Management: Schedule services, oversee stock levels, make accommodation bookings, update the system, and provide support to technicians.
* Inventory Management: Support stocktakes, assist with product returns and warranties, ensure service records are accurate, and manage stock levels.
* Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Sales Manager and technicians to ensure project execution.
* Financial Transactions: Process payments, follow-up outstanding debtors, and assist with tender documents and proposals.
The role requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Experience with Microsoft products and systems is essential.
The position is designed for an applicant working 25-30 hours per week, adhering to school hours.
