At UKO, we develop purposefully designed boutique accommodation spaces across Sydney that enable people to connect & network. Our residents get their private apartments but also have use of the shared living spaces where they can work, mingle, entertain, or relax. UKO is where real friendships are made and many stories have begun.
**Your missions**
- Create a fun environment and build a strong rapport with guests (tenants)
- Manage revenue and occupancy levels
- Advertise available rooms and manage online listings, including running property inspections
- Use social media and online platforms to promote and generate leads
- Organise activities and events at your location such as community dinners, yoga, movie nights, trivia nights even the occasional gin-making workshop
- Drive the financial success of the business and make the most within the budgets provided
- Ensure optimal presentation of the site and manage any onsite contractors
This is a great role for someone experienced in hospitality/ event management and endowed with an entrepreneurial mindset, who would love to take more ownership in their career and make something their own.
