An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced staffing coordinator to join a leading aged care provider in South Australia.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in roster management and processes, as well as excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and complete work within established deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain effective and efficient staff rosters for all site staff
* Manage shifts, including assigning, modifying, communicating and backfilling as required
* Work with Residential Services Managers and Recruitment to ensure vacant shifts are advertised quickly and offered to new permanent staff on appointment
* Liaise with staff and managers regarding changes and updates to the roster to ensure smooth day-to-day coordination of all rostering requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Preferrable experience in roster management and processes using an electronic roster system
* Previous experience in an admin, customer service or data entry role, with responsibilities involving accurate and timely record entry across multiple databases
* Excellent interpersonal and highly developed written communications skills
* Computer literacy, particularly in the effective use of Microsoft Office and related programs
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain one
