Accounts Assistant Role Overview
NC Associates are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on behalf of our Liverpool based client, who is seeking a candidate that already has solid experience in an accounts role and is confident handling day-to-day finance processes. This role offers the opportunity to month end exposure.

Accounts Assistant Responsibilities
* Processing purchase invoices daily
* Reconciling supplier and customer accounts
* Payment runs weekly
* Bank reconciliation's
* Allocate payments and assist with cash flow forecasting
* Support month-end tasks including accruals, prepayments, VAT returns
* Managing petty cash
Accounts Assistant Experience Required
* Previous experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role
* Previously worked in a fast-paced role
* Studying towards AAT
* Good knowledge of Excel
* Ability to manage relationships
* Strong organisational and communication skills
