We are seeking a number of Test Analysts with Contact Centre experience for a role in Macquarie Park and Work from home.
Qualifications:
* Test Analysts with Contact Centre experience
* Experience testing features related to Contact Centre eg IVR, Voice biometrics, Contact centre screens etc.
* Experience in Cyara or Pump CX as testing tools
* Australian Citizenship is required
