Delivery Professional
Job Summary: As a Delivery Professional, you will be responsible for delivering and installing furniture and décor items at client sites across Geelong, Bellarine & Mornington Peninsula. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and install furniture and décor items at client sites in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintain accurate delivery records and client details using our CRM portal
* Assist with general warehouse and logistics operations, including loading and unloading goods from vehicles
* Perform basic product maintenance and light repairs to ensure the quality of delivered items
* Support our social media presence by capturing content and assisting with posts to engage with clients and promote our brand
* Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the company's professional image at all times
Requirements:
* Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner
* Physically fit – able to handle manual lifting safely, up to 30kg comfortably and safely
* Handy with tools and light repairs (preferred)
* Confident using computers, CRM systems & social media platforms to stay organized and engaged
* Intermediate level computer and CRM system experience required
* Light Rigid (LR) Truck Licence – essential for safe operation of company vehicles
* Australian work rights are mandatory for this position
