About The Opportunity
Are you organised, detail‑oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our Newstead team on a full‑time, permanent basis .
In This Role, You Will
* Serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing face‑to‑face and telephone registrations, bookings, triage, and general enquiries
* Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing and invoicing activities
* Use our booking system accurately and efficiently
* Support administrative functions, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as required by your manager
* Support the Practice Manager with leadership responsibilities
* Support the development of the clerical team
About You
Along with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, you will bring:
* Flexibility with working hours
* Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient care
* The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
* Confidence working across a range of databases and systems
* Previous reception experience, ideally within a medical or healthcare environment
* Previous leadership experience ideal
