Mani Restaurant is a modern Chinese restaurant opening on 19 January 2026 inside the brand-new Sydney Fish Market. We're building a vibrant, contemporary dining experience and are looking for skilled, friendly, and versatile hospitality all-rounders to join our opening team.

About the Roles
Bar / Coffee / Bar All-Rounder
You'll be responsible for:
* Making cocktails, pouring beers, and serving drinks
* Running the bar smoothly during service
* Helping on the floor such as running food and clearing tables when the bar is quiet
* Checking inventory, restocking, and reporting low stock
* Washing glasses and completing daily bar cleaning tasks
* Maintaining a clean and organised bar/coffee station
* Delivering warm, professional customer service
You'll be responsible for:
* Greeting and seating guests
* Taking orders, running food, and delivering drinks
* Clearing tables and keeping the dining area tidy
* Handling POS and basic customer enquiries
* Following opening and closing procedures
* Supporting the team during busy periods
* Creating a friendly, welcoming experience for our guests
About You
We're looking for team members who are:
* Experienced in hospitality (preferred but not essential for floor roles)
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask
