Description As a Reservations Team Leader, you’ll be the first connection in a guest’s journey — ensuring every detail of their booking is seamless, professional, and personal. From FIT to group bookings, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable moments before guests even arrive. This role blends service, systems, and precision — perfect for someone who’s confident working independently, loves the detail, and enjoys collaboration across departments. The Reservations Team Leader performs an important role in delivery of commercial results, guest love, and operational effectiveness. Supporting the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Portfolio Revenue Manager in yielding inventory responsibilities and hotel inventory management through effective management of the reservations department.
