The Team
Our Services team provides 24/7 servicing for hospitals, utilities, data centres and almost everything in‐between. We are currently seeking experienced Service Representatives to be based in Melbourne where you will play a hands‐on role to perform a variety of field service tasks in support of a diverse range of expanding customer assets.
With a focus on Secure Power (UPS, batteries, cooling etc.) and Power Systems (switchgear, circuit breakers and other assets across LV / MV / HV), you will support a variety of diverse customer locations that are expanding within the growing markets that we service. Minimising downtime and maximising reliability, you will enjoy high‐quality training, the support of your team, engaged management as well as ongoing development that supports your career ambitions as we harness technology to make an impact.
Responsibilities
* Completing a variety of field service tasks across the Victorian region and nearby locations
* Collaborating with other technical team members in the efficient coordination and execution of complex installations, preventive maintenance, repairs and other ad‐hoc tasks
* Commissioning, site testing, system/firmware upgrades and ad‐hoc troubleshooting
* Providing technical support and specialist advice to customers
* Acting as a role model in relation to relevant HS&E requirements and adhering to other internal processes
* Documenting service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and inventory management
* Identifying new opportunities to expand service offerings that focus on customer requirements
Qualifications
* A Grade (Unrestricted) Electrical License
* Current driver's licence (we supply a Tool of Trade Vehicle)
* Previous experience in a similar field service or maintenance position
* Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when required
* A technical aptitude and a digital mindset that is engaged in new technologies
* Well‐developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem‐solver / trouble‐shooter
* Demonstrated commitment to all things HS&E and confident in identifying risks
