Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Motorcycle Retail Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on motorcycles and related products.
About the Role:
* Contribute to the sales and KPI's of the store by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
* Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance
* Maintain showroom standards, including shelving and displays, to create an engaging customer experience
* Clean and maintain showroom areas to ensure a safe and tidy environment
* Be available to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays

* You have a passion for motorcycles and enjoy building meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues
* You are proactive, driven, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Requirements:
* Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential
* Basic knowledge of motorcycles and related products is advantageous
* Ability to lift and move stock as required
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
* Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
