We are a leading MSP with over 10 years of experience; and we're looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will play a key role in escalating and resolving tickets at a level 1 capacity.
You will also develop your skills and work with different types of tools and software, working closely within a team and a Service Desk Team Lead.You'll gain experience in Azure, Microsoft 365, Cisco, ServiceNow, Meraki, MSP.
