Position: Barista/All-Rounder
Type: Casual
Hours: 10 to 30+ hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and associated drinks, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup
* Assist with customer service, greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Support the team with general café tasks, including food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment
* Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes customers feel like part of our community
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
* Develop knowledge on our coffee, this ensuring quality and consistency
About You:
* Previous experience as a barista or in a café environment is highly sought after
* Passionate about coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
* A team player with a desire to contribute to a supportive and dynamic work environment
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
