The Role FP A Support Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
Prepare and automate management reports and dashboards.
Analyse variances and provide actionable insights.
Maintain FP A templates and process documentation.
Accounts Payable Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for compliance.
Maintain vendor records and resolve payment queries.
General Finance Support Support end-of-month processes.
Assist with ad hoc finance tasks and projects.
Your Profile You'll thrive in this role if you: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (ERP systems such as Oracle).
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
