About the Role
As a Client Service Administrator, you will support our Town Planners by managing administrative tasks and maintaining effective communication channels. Your role responsibilities will see you:
* Facilitate new client engagements and obtain relevant personal details to establish client records in into office management software and job cards
* Act as a key point of contact and intermediary for clients, professionally handling enquiries, liaising with local authorities, statutory bodies and government departments, and providing updates regarding job progression
* Prepare debtor invoices, job costing records and generate reports
* Assist with public notification processes and compliance documentation
* Contribute to the continual improvement of office processes and administration practices.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or client services role, ideally within a professional services environment (town planning, surveying, engineering, construction or similar)
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience using WorkflowMax or similar project management/office management software
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
