This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous administration experience and is looking to learn and develop their skills, to join our team in Wollongong.
The role: Provide support to the Wollongong team – raise and receipt purchase orders against job orders using Epicor Payroll - data entry of timesheets using Kronos and assist in handling payroll enquiries from the team Monitor site stationery supply and order as required Order and distribute uniforms for new employees Organise functions, lunches and set up rooms for training Maintain database files and other records Maintain and update Site Induction Database and job packs About you: Demonstrated experience in administration procedures and practices Previous experience in payroll administration with timekeeping system Understanding of basic accounting procedures Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills with demonstrated ability to establish priorities and manage workloads within deadlines Current drivers licence Unlimited working rights in Australia What's in it for you?
