Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager with the purpose to be a first responder of Technology issues for our store and support office team. Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be available to work on a rostered basis between the hours of 7am and 6pm including some weekends.
How you will add value:
* Providing 1st level technology support for support office and stores
* Troubleshooting incidents & requests including software, hardware, communications and networks until resolution and customer satisfaction
* Identify and escalate IT related issues that require further investigation
* Produce and update documentation in support of day-to-day Service Desk operations
About You:
* You are patient and supportive by nature
* A communication style to provide a great customer experience as the first responder to technology issues
* Attention to detail in documenting processes and incident resolution
* Well-rounded abilities in troubleshooting all operating systems, software, hardware, telephone, and network related issues
* Knowledge in some of the following technology areas: user account admin (Active Directory, Office 365, Window 11, MS Dynamics 365, GPO), DHCP and DNS
* Good understanding of ITIL principles and processes would be preferred
* Experience working in a retail environment would be beneficial
