They are seeking an experienced Business Manager or F & I Manager to join their finance team. The dealership offers security of tenure, an excellent income stream, a friendly working environment and has a very low staff turnover. Closed on Sundays, a 10 day fortnight working week applies, with one weekday off per week. Saturday work is mandatory. Applicants for this position must have current or recent franchised dealership business manager experience, be seeking a long term, stable role and be motivated to maximise opportunities. You will have strong people-handling, sales and closing skills, along with the dedication and energy required to succeed. Salary for this role will consist of a retainer around $65k, super, car allowance and commission structure.
