Job Overview
Position: IT Support Expert. Type: Contract. Location: Remote. Compensation: $50–$70 per hour, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
Role Responsibilities
* Build long-horizon IT tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance.
* Develop scenarios in Helpdesk with tickets having known resolutions and diagnostic steps.
* Create Identity and Access scenarios for provisioning with defined role-based outcomes and SSO/MFA issues.
* Design Endpoint and SaaS scenarios for device setup and license management against specified targets.
* Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve task quality.
* Collaborate to ensure tasks have checkable answers without subjective judgment.
Qualifications – Must Have
* 2+ years in IT support, helpdesk, or sysadmin.
* Expertise in identity and access (Okta, Active Directory, Entra ID), endpoint management (Jamf, Intune), M365 or Google Workspace admin, ticketing ops (Jira, ServiceNow).
* Comfortable with IT artifacts: tickets, runbooks, access-change requests, incident write-ups.
* Clear written communication; can articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
Qualifications – Preferred
* CompTIA, ITIL, or equivalent certifications.
