Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales and client goals through direct selling of software and related consulting services to executive management within the Public Sector.
This is a pure hunter sales role where you will identify potential customers and implement plans to secure their business. You will also review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Public Sector
* Develop and maintain relationships with executive management within the Public Sector
* Sell software solutions and related consulting services to executive management within the Public Sector
* Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates
* Develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the company
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience selling in to the public sector organizations (State, Federal etc)
* Knowledge of supplier onboarding, supplier information management, third party risk tools, and P2P ecosystems
* Knowledge and experience utilizing MillerHeimen, Siebel/Strategic Selling or other complex, consultative solution sales methodology required
* Knowledge of Salesforce.com
* Knowledge of Power Messaging a plus
* 4+ years selling P2P solutions
* 8+ years selling enterprise software solutions into large organizations
