In this role, you will: Provide frontline support to communities impacted by disasters Serve customers in a professional and compassionate manner, including those in distress Deliver services both face-to-face and over the phone to ensure a positive customer experience Display resilience when handling enquiries and complaints from distressed customers Communicate clearly and confidently, even under pressure Collaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes Act with integrity, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of customer information Travel as needed within Recovery Centres in the designated regional areas To succeed in this role, you will need: Demonstrated experience in customer service roles (minimum 1 year) Experience in providing support to people experiencing trauma Strong computer and basic technical skills to assist with digital transactions Ability to work in high-volume, high-pressure environments A current Class C Drivers Licence Commitment to working 5 days/week, 10 hours/day, and on weekends if required If you’re ready to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you!
