All-Rounder Barista – Bring Your Spark
Are you a people person with a knack for great coffee and even better vibes? We're on the lookout for a friendly, switched-on Barista who's ready to roll up their sleeves, think outside the square, and help us take our café to the next level.
Based in North Ryde 35 hours per week 7.30 am to 3 pm Monday - Friday
This isn't just about pouring a good flat white (though that's a must).

Brings positive energy and genuine customer service to every shift
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves a challenge
Has ideas to boost sales and improve the customer experience
Can jump between front-of-house, coffee machine, and general café duties with ease
Is proactive, reliable, and a true team player
What We're Looking For
Previous barista experience (bonus points if you've worked in a busy café)
A creative thinker who is not afraid to speak up and share ideas
Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with us
