Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and product knowledge
2. Achievement of set sales targets and KPIs by utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies
3. Participating in in-house training programs to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date on sales best practices
4. Assisting with operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping
