What does the role involve?
* Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek and Fasttrack to conduct searches for suitable candidates
* Shortlist and screen candidates via phone and online
* Analyse and identify key selection criteria and conduct searches based on requirements
* Prepare candidate profile reports for client perusal
* Add candidates to database ensuring accurate and relevant documentation is attached
* Retrieve registration, pre‐employment paperwork and ensure compliance is adhered to
* Organise interviews, inductions and prepare and post job advertisements; liaise with clients both face‐to‐face and via phone and email
What do you need?
* Previous recruitment experience, either internal or agency, is ideal
* Knowledge of Fasttrack system, LinkedIn and Seek Talent search highly advantageous
* Can‐do attitude and eagerness towards taking on new tasks
* Experience using Microsoft suite and excellent computer literacy
* Solid organisational skills and attention to detail are a must
