Job Title: Community Partnerships Resource Specialist

You will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality educational, liturgical, and professional development resources aligned with Catholic Social Teaching for diverse audiences.
A key aspect of this role is leading the creation of impactful materials for the Project Compassion campaign, including curriculum-aligned content and faith-based resources.
You will also contribute to blog posts, social media content, and strategic messaging to support Caritas Australia's mission and Catholic identity.
The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to promoting human dignity for all and a dedication to the principles of Catholic Social Teaching.
We are seeking a creative and solutions-focused individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to design interactive and visually engaging content using various platforms and media.

About the Role:
This is a newly created role reporting to the Associate Director, Community Partnerships.
The successful candidate will have 3–4 years' experience developing high-quality, engaging educational and liturgical resources for diverse audiences.
A passion for social and ecological justice, with a commitment to lifelong learning and the ability to write through a Catholic lens, is essential.
