The Role
We've got an opportunity for a confident, quick‑thinking Accounts Payable Specialist to join our South Yarra team in a part‑time role.
* This will be full‑time to begin with for the first month and then change to 3 days a week.
* Work‑from‑home option after training, however, the first month will be full‑time in our South Yarra Office.
Experience and Technical skills
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an end‑to‑end Accounts Payable role.
* Demonstrated experience processing high‑volume invoices accurately and within deadlines.
* Strong understanding of invoice verification, approval workflows, reconciliations and vendor payments.
* Experience using MYOB or a similar accounting/ERP system.
* High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
* Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
* Experience managing office supplies, stock levels and general office administration tasks.
* Ability to maintain accurate administrative and financial records.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise confidently and professionally with suppliers, clients and internal staff.
* Understanding of how procurement activities link to Accounts Payable processes.

Desirable but not essential
* Experience in the healthcare, aged care or community services sector.
* Diploma in Accounting or similar qualification.
