Key Responsibilities
Manage a broad portfolio of clients, from small businesses through to mid-size firms.
Engage directly with clients across industries, delivering end-to-end accounting and advisory services.
Handle a mix of compliance work (individual tax returns, commercial reporting) and value-add advisory.
Work as part of a flat-structured team, collaborating with juniors, seniors, and partners.
Support clients using diverse systems (MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, and others), adapting to their individual needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of experience in business services accounting.
CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification (study support provided).
