This role involves leading within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, guiding the delivery of therapeutic programs and coordinating care across diverse settings. You will support clinicians through supervision and mentoring, apply your expertise to navigate complex clinical scenarios, and collaborate with consumers, carers, and colleagues to ensure care is compassionate, effective, and grounded in best practice. You will contribute to service development, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives that elevate the quality of care across the region.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate care across inpatient and community settings within Rehabilitation and Recovery Services.
* Provide supervision and mentoring to clinicians to support professional development.
* Lead the delivery of therapeutic programs and apply clinical expertise to complex cases.
* Collaborate with consumers, carers, and colleagues to ensure compassionate, evidence-based care.
* Contribute to service development, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
