Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Polisher and Epoxy Applicator for a full‐time on‐site role based in the Greater Sydney Area. The successful candidate will work on various projects, performing tasks such as concrete polishing, epoxy application, floor preparation, grinding, leveling, and other concrete finishing services. The role involves operating advanced machinery and ensuring the delivery of high‐quality results for projects of various scales and
* Strong understanding of concrete leveling, grinding, and polishing and epoxy application processes
* Ability to work independently and within a team to deliver high‐quality finishes
* Familiarity with ultra‐flat flooring systems and laser‐guided grinding equipment is an advantage
* Experience with epoxy application and removal is highly desirable
* Willingness to travel within the Greater Sydney Area for on‐site projects
* Valid driver's license and relevant certifications in concrete polishing or machinery operation are preferred
