The Role
This full-time, term‐time position (8:00am – 4:06pm) is varied and rewarding, with a strong focus on organisation, communication, and teamwork. Working closely with the Personal Assistant to the Heads of Primary and the broader team, you'll contribute to a positive, professional and student‐focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day‐to‐day administrative support across the Primary Campus
* Maintain accurate student records, databases and documentation
* Prepare and distribute communications, forms and general correspondence
* Assist with reporting processes, meetings and event coordination
* Support excursions, camps and student activities from an admin perspective
* Assist teaching staff and respond to general enquiries from students and staff
* Help prepare assessment materials and maintain organized filing systems
* Work closely with the Primary Receptionist, PA to the Heads of Primary and broader support team
* Follow Child Safety processes and uphold the College's values

* Previous administrative experience (experience in a school environment highly regarded)
* Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of appropriate professional boundaries and standards when working with children and young people

* Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
