About The Role
The Road Maintenance Worker is responsible for delivering services as directed by the Supervisor Road Network, focusing on road maintenance and safety to uphold the city's infrastructure assets.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out duties within specified timeframes, aligned with work programs, projects, and budgets.
* Coordinate with supervisors regarding daily duties and operational requirements.
* Work collaboratively with a team to maintain road infrastructure, embodying Council's values.
* Participate in emergency response activities.
* Uphold the Council's Core Values.
About You
* Experience in infrastructure maintenance or civil engineering related to roads.
* Teamwork experience.
* Current Worksite Traffic Management Certificate.
* Construction Industry Induction/Red/White Card.
* Driver's license and truck license (HR category).
* At least two years' experience in municipal or civil construction maintenance.
