Reporting directly to the Business Unit Director, Gynaecological Surgical Solutions, this key role will lead and develop the marketing strategy for our ANZ surgical business, expanding access to cutting-edge treatment options for women facing gynecological conditions. Through a comprehensive suite of minimally invasive treatment options, we are dedicated to improving women's uterine health and overall well-being.
As the Marketing Manager, you will design, develop and deliver the ANZ marketing plan for the portfolio to enhance our value proposition with key stakeholders. You will gain insight on market dynamics and needs, drive tailored marketing strategies, build awareness through education and training workshops, prepare annual marketing plans, new product launch plans and effectively partner with commercial teams on driving execution.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement marketing strategies across multiple product portfolios.
Develop and deliver ANZ marketing plans.
Build awareness through education and training workshops.
Prepare annual marketing plans and new product launch plans.
Partner with commercial teams to drive execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in Marketing or Business Science.
At least 7 years of experience in planning and implementing marketing strategies across multiple product portfolios, preferably medical surgical equipment.
Strong leadership presence with ability to implement positive change and gain support.
Impeccable communication and presentation skills.
Candidates will need to hold a valid Australian driver licence as some travel is required.
