About The Role
We're seeking a Project Manager with experience managing multiple, concurrent sites. Trade qualified Painter would be welcomed experience but not essential. This is a salaried "off-the-tools" leadership position, reporting to our Branch Manager, where approximately 80% of your time will involve site visits and project coordination, with the remaining 20% spent in the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with our sales team to assess projects/have input into how we can win projects
* Plan and manage employees, subcontractors and materials
* Monitor project progress, WIP and control costs to meet budgets and deadlines
* Set and maintain WH&S compliance
* Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
What You'll Bring to the role
* Trade qualified painter with significant supervisory experience, ideally in commercial projects
* Experience managing small teams of employees and subcontractors across multiple sites
* Strong understanding of project assessments, budgets and cost estimating
* Proficiency in electronic documentation and reporting
* Commitment to safety standards and quality best practices
