About the Role: Responsibilities include, but not limited to, * Support the Principal in leading the school community to develop and commit to a shared, future-focused educational vision that delivers high-quality learning outcomes for all students, and deputise for the Principal as required. * Uphold the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical and moral role, embedding socially just practices in everyday school life. * Set and maintain high expectations and standards for student achievement and staff performance. * Actively engage in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development, informed by a strong understanding of relevant legislation and education policy. * Build effective partnerships with parents, government agencies, community organisations, industry and business, and strategically manage resources to achieve school goals.
